LOVE CAN LEARN FROM FASHION

With Valentine's Day slowly approaching I cant seem to wonder about anything else but the mysteries of love. And how one can make a relationship happen forever and ever with despite all the ups and downs still keeping the flame alive. And then it hit me that love can most certainly use some advice from fashion. In the world of fashion the most important thing is to keep things fresh and new. And to always have people guessing about whats next and intrigued about whats current. And that is the element in which relationship lacks the most when dealing with love. Rather than keeping things new and exciting people opt for routine and being content. If the fashion was like most people's relationships Couture would not exist and the only thing walking down runways would be women in mom jeans and t-shirt (ahhhhhhhhhhh!!! im sorry...the thought of mom jeans scares me). In fashion they are constantly searching for new muses to inspire them and to provoke them to think outside of the box. Once a designer and its team begin a new collection they go into it whole heartidly because they know that one false move can lead to being detested by the fashion world. The lesson love must learn from this is to constantly be inspired by your love and although the idea of always pleasing someone can be nearly impossible. It should always be a thought in your brain to love a person whole heartidly and to do nothing less then your best because the idea of the one you love detesting you should send your heart into a panic. So to me Valentines Day is to love what Fashion Week is to fashion. Its the day in which you display and verbalize an extra unordinary amount of love and devotion. And it is a reminder that love is very relevant and very necessary. But unlike love and relationships, Fashion doesnt just end with Fashion week its actually the beginning and all the fresh garments on the runway appear in magazines, talk shows, blogs, red carpets and closets. And its very appearance is a reminder of what begin right in the heart of the designer. Obviously we dont have the same outlets to remind us what we have but thats because you dont need it. The constant reminder you have was placed right in the center of your heart(awwww...now thats special). So the moral of this story is this story is that pick up a Vogue magazine, stop fighting and learn that when love is involved to use all your heart.
