My day was everything but fashionable: JUST DANCE!

I hate the days that seem like a never ending series of unfortunate events. The day when your job makes you want to play in traffic, your parents make you want to jump off a bridge and your "significant" other makes you want to sit in the mouth of a hungry lion. I mean these days are inevitable and so rather than indulging in self pity i have discovered a new solution that i want to share. This is the one thing that gets me more excited then this seasons Balenciaga Shoes. A solution that is simple and free .....What you have to do in order to achieve this state of euphoria will require for you to

#1.wait until you are home all by yourself
#2. pull out your IPod,CD Player, Juke Box or whatever music device you may own.
#3.Find a copy of beyonces I AM.....SASHA FIERCE or whatever tickles your fancy.
#4.It is important to make sure you are in a room where there is a full mirror so you can see the magic that is about to happen.
#5. Last but certainly not least crank that volume up and shake that booty like there is no tomorrow.

I want you to do the robot, the cabbage patch, break dance and any other move you would not dare reveal to anyone else. It is just you and your reflection having a blast. And everyone knows when you DANCE alone in the mirror you transform into a rock star (in your brain at least). And whether you know the lyrics or not i want you to sing at the top of your lungs. This method has been scientifically proven (by me) to effectively work and then only thing that can compare to this feeling is having a dress personally made by Karl Lagerfeld himself and to have it hand delivered by Andre Leon Talley....so i guess your best bet is to JUST DANCE.

For love or money......

I read an article that gave this particular sandal a rave review. It called it the must have sandal of the spring. and i am thinking to myself is the wedge perfectly crafted to fit every foot in america. And will it provide everlasting comfort and support. Is this shoe eco-friendly and made out of materials that will help better our enviorment. Or if you dont get this "must have" wedge sandal will you be outcasted from the world of fashion. I thought to myself the true meaning of fashion is to find your own voice within it and decided what works for you and makes you happy...and then i paused....and then i laughed at my own statement.....hahhahahhahahahah! I realized that in  most cases articles like that have nothing to do with the love. Its all about the benjimans!!! Its there chance to prey on innocent fashionistas who will do and purchase anything that is on the must have list. I mean these shoes were not even anything worth glaring at twice. In fact i saw a pair of Prada Cutout slingback that were the real must haves of the season (in my opinion). But back to my point that its not the shoe its the money. And  its up the real, bold fashionista to deciphier what is hot and whats a hot mess. And yes we should take into consideration whats the fashion experts have to say about each season and there predictions for the latest trends. But sometimes if it quacks like a duck,it walks like a duck then it must be a for the mula!

Oh spring! Oh how i long for your presence. I am really growing tired of the fall and it unpredictable cold and unwelcoming weather. I miss how your warmth feels against my skin. And how with you around i no longer have to supress the fabulousness of my figure by covering it up with a coat. Or hide my legs in tights and thigh high boots. I can finally free the stems that God gave me and show them in a pair of short shorts and a tank top. And allow my toes to be put on display in a pair of Manolo Blahnik strappy sandals. Spring marks the return of RED, YELLOW, PINK, ORANGE, GREEN and any other bright hue that allows you to shine uncontrollably. Not only does it allows you to dress up in these radiant colors but it gives you an amazing setting to glitz and glow in. It allows nature to be glam-tastic as well by allowing it to dress itself up by shedding the old and rocking this seasons latest colors and giving nature the most exclusive accessorizes with its freshly bloomed flowers, plants and a splash of sunshine. I can only thank my lucky stars that spring is quickly approaching and when it does i can only hope 3.1 Phillip Lim sends me a piece from his Spring 2010 ready to wear collection. But until that happens(not) i will be ready with a bikini and a pomegranate martini!
